All content created or used within TrickBud remains your property.

Content is stored locally on your device by default. We do not upload or share your content without your explicit consent.

The App may include third-party services (e.g., advertising, analytics).

6. Disclaimer of Liability for Accidents & Unexpected Issues

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INTERRUPTION CAUSED BY:

• Force majeure, including natural disasters, war, government orders, or public emergencies
• Network failures, power outages, or server downtime beyond our control
• Third-party SDK failures, ad network errors, or system compatibility issues
• Device malfunction, virus infection, or user negligence
• Unexpected App crashes, data loss, or temporary service unavailability due to updates or maintenance
• Unauthorized access to data caused by user actions or third-party attacks
• We provide the App on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. General Provisions

If any part of this policy is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
